We tried firewater for the first2 or 3 months ago. Tonight was our 4th time eating there, everytime food has been great. I've tried ribs, wings, brisket and rib tips and its all good. Wife and oldest really like the pulled pork my youngest loves access to the soda maxhine. Hog wild has a great pork chop and everything else is fine but in my opinion firewater is superior. 5/5 on service could be a stretch only because it's never been really busy when we went. Honestly can't understand why. Like i said food is great.

Fantastic food, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Everything we had was exceptional. The cheddar jalapeño brat was out of this world. The ribs were great and the Sweet Home sauce was a terrific pair on them. The seasoning on the brisket was perfect and went well with the mustard based sauce. We got the potato salad, coleslaw, and Mac & cheese as sides. All were very good. The Mac & cheese was very cheesy. The owner suggested putting the Texas Heat sauce on the potato salad and it was good before but even better with the sauce. Their cornbread was divine. Ended up buying some sauce because it was that good.

Oh. My. Goodness!!!! I'm in love! My husband and I aren't from around here but we came out to visit my father and decided to grab some food before we headed home. The amount of Flavor in each piece of food is Phenomenal! Definately one of the best BBQ places we've ever been. The chicken is super juicy and tender. We're gonna have to come out and visit my father more often 🤣

Love this place, first time customer. Server Christensen (?) was friendly and knowledgeable. Bbq pulled pork was outstanding. I love sweet potato fries, but was put off by the fact that they put sugar on them. Maybe for a dessert, but not to go with your meal. Check out the specials, better deal than ordering items separately. 5 stars all around! Not a whole lot of people there on a Sunday night, but with proper advertisement, you can get a hell of a lot of people there.

Firewater BBQ is absolutely next level! The brisket is straight fire, tender and packed with flavor. The pulled pork melts in your mouth, and the burnt ends are out of this world, smoky, juicy, and perfectly caramelized. Every bite is pure perfection. The staff is friendly and on point, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The atmosphere and decor tie it all together, clean, warm, and full of that authentic BBQ vibe. From start to finish, Firewater BBQ delivers nothing but greatness. Five stars all the way!
